1 Introduction & Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement governing h5hhh's website and all its services. By accessing the h5hhh website, registering an account, or playing games, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use h5hhh's services. h5hhh reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The English version of this page is the authoritative version. In the event of any language discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
2 Eligibility & Access
2.1 Age Restriction
You must be at least 21 years of age to use h5hhh's services. Persons under 21 are not permitted to open an account or play at h5hhh. In all cases, any funds associated with play by an underage person may be forfeited and the account will be closed.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one account at h5hhh. Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If this is detected, all related accounts will be closed and only the original deposited funds will be returned.
2.3 Eligible Regions
h5hhh's services are aimed at players in Myanmar. Whether you are permitted to participate is subject to the laws of your place of residence, and it is your own responsibility to verify this. h5hhh accepts no liability in this regard.
3 Account Opening and Management
3.1 Registration
You must provide accurate and complete personal information when opening an account. Providing false information or using another person's details under a different surname is not allowed. h5hhh may request a copy of your national ID, bank statement, or other supporting documents at the time of a withdrawal request.
3.2 Account Security
Players must keep their account login details secure. Players are considered personally responsible for all activity that occurs on their account. If you suspect your password has been compromised, notify h5hhh immediately via 24/7 Live Chat.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
h5hhh may carry out standard KYC (Know Your Customer) checks. If the required documents are not submitted within 7 days of a verification request, deposit and withdrawal services will be temporarily suspended.
3.4 Account Closure
Players may request account closure voluntarily through Live Chat. h5hhh reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the following cases—
- If a breach of these terms and conditions is found
- If fraud or money laundering is suspected
- If there is evidence of bonus abuse
- If KYC documents matching the player's request are not submitted
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposits
h5hhh accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks per transaction. Once a deposit is made, the amount is reflected in your account almost instantly.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. From the time a withdrawal is processed, it normally arrives at your bank or mobile wallet within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same bank or mobile wallet account used for the deposit. Third-party payments are not permitted.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
h5hhh strictly follows its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Suspicious transactions may be investigated and appropriate action taken in accordance with applicable laws.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
h5hhh's first deposit bonus gives you 100% of your deposit amount as a bonus — up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. This bonus is available with a minimum deposit of 3,000 Ks.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The bonus amount must be wagered ten times (10x) before it can be withdrawn.
- Example 1 — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks before withdrawing.
- Example 2 — If you deposit 420,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 620,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks before withdrawing.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses cannot be used at the same time — you can only claim a new bonus after the current one is fully completed.
- If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
- h5hhh may change or discontinue any bonus offer without prior notice.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the remaining bonus balance may be reclaimed.
6 VIP Level and Cashback
h5hhh's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can move up to a higher tier by playing consistently and staying loyal to h5hhh.
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
Cashback is given in the form of a bonus, so the 10x bonus wagering requirement applies. h5hhh reserves the right to amend the VIP terms and will notify players in advance.
7 Responsible Gaming
At h5hhh, players are free to make their own choices when playing games, but the following behaviour is prohibited—
- Playing using bots, scripts, or automation tools
- Intentionally exploiting software bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game
- Playing with the intent to commit fraud
If any of these actions are detected, all winnings and bonus balances will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

9 Limitation of Liability
h5hhh cannot be held responsible for the following—

- Issues related to game content loading
h5hhh's services are provided "as is", and to the fullest extent permitted by law, h5hhh's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player during the period in which the issue occurred.
